Why is meditation so important?
Meditation is an important part of performing energy work. Meditation is a way to connect with the energy field as well as creating a receptivity to the energy of crystals or any other form of energy work.
Is it hard to meditate?
Personally I used the find it very challenging because I wasn't used to clearing my mind. I would sit down and try to meditate, but would end up day dreaming instead of embracing the void. This can be hardest part to meditation, and thoughtout my blog we will go in depth on how to over come this.

Meditation for Grief
- Sit quietly with your eyes closed, breathing normally
- Speak the mantra ( I turn to the divine for comfort during my time of grief)
- Allow yourself to feel your emotions as they arise. DO NOT BLOCK THEM!!!
- Once the emotion had lessened, visualize a white light coming down from above and enveloping you in a warm, healing grow.
Meditation for Passion
- Sit quietly with your eyes closed, breathing deeply
- Visualize your heart chakra opening and a vibrant white light shining from it.
- Become the white light, repeating the mantra ( I embrace everything in my life with passion and joy)
Meditation for Calmness
1. Sit quietly in a comfortable position in a place where you won't be disturbed.
2. Lay an amethyst crystal on your lap.
3. Close your eyes and take 10 deep ,full breaths, expanding the air fully into your chest.
4. As you breathe gently relax your muscles starting at your head and working your way down to your feet.
5. As you inhale say to yourself "I inhale peace". As you exhale say to yourself " I exhale tension and stress"
Do this for 10 minutes

1. Sit quietly with your eyes closed, breathing deeply.
2.Focus all your energy within, locating a quiet space inside you.
3. As you focus on this peaceful place, inhale peace and exhale stress while repeating "I release all stress and enter my place of peace"
Stay in the meditation for at least 10 minutes.

Meditation for Forgiveness
1. Sit quietly in a comfortable position, in a place where you are unlikely to be disturbed
2. Hold a Rose Quartz crystals gently in your hand and place both hands over the center of your chest at your heart chakra.
3. Close your eyes and breathe gently try to notice your breath without trying to control it.
4. Focus your attention on your heart as you repeat the following affirmation to yourself: "I open my heart to love and forgiveness"
5. Visualize the person you are trying to forgive. In your mind's eye, surround that person in a white light, saying: " I surround you in a white light of love and release you into a positive future "
When you feel ready open your eyes

1. Sit quietly well holding a root chakra stone.
2. Close your eyes and breathe in. As you breathe in visualize peace flowing into your body and say "I relax into infinite serenity."
3. Once you fully exhale visualize your anxiety flowing out of you.
Continue for at least 10 minutes or infill your anxiety subsides.

Releasing Negativity & Increasing Positive Energy
1. Sit comfortably with your eyes closed and breathing deeply.
2. As you exhale, imagine your negative energy as a dark cloud leave your body and dissolving into a white light that surrounds you.
3. As you inhale, visualize the positive white light entering and filling you as you repeat the mantra.
” I am filled with positive energy which brings positive things into my life”

Despair and Hope
1. Make a list of all of the things you’d like your life to be and then each into a positive affirmation.
2. Everyday, choose three positive affirmations and repeat each one three times starting and ending your session with the mantra.
“ Nothing is permanent, All things change, I have hope for a positive future”

Shyness/ Social Anxiety
1. Sir or Lie comfortably, breathing normally.
2. Visualize yourself going about your day and meeting new people.
3. In your visualization, see yourself interacting in a friendly and confident manner.
4. Do this for at least 10 minutes while repeating the mantra.
“ I am outgoing and confident when interacting with others and meeting new people”

Shame
1. Shame tends to be a very visceral emotion that you can feel in your body.
2. Close your eyes and reflect on your shame, noticing where you feel it.
3. Now sending loving light to that spot, using it to gently dissolve your shame as you repeat the mantra for at least 10 minutes.
“ I am a good person and I walk my path with self love”
